What is best for sagging: threads, biostimulators or INDIBA?
It depends on what predominates. Threads reposition drooping tissues; biostimulators improve skin density and firmness; INDIBA improves tone without needles and is useful as a complement or for maintenance. Combining them is often the most effective approach.
Can facial sagging be treated without surgery?
Yes, visible improvements can be achieved in mild or moderate sagging. When there is a lot of excess skin, surgery achieves an effect that non-surgical techniques cannot match, and we will explain this if it applies to you.
How many sessions will I need?
Threads are usually placed in one session; biostimulators in one or several spaced sessions; radiofrequency in a course of several sessions. We give you an approximate plan at the consultation.
When will I see results?
Threads have a visible effect from day one. New collagen forms gradually, so the improvement from biostimulators and radiofrequency becomes noticeable progressively over the following weeks.
At what age should you start treating sagging?
There is no fixed age. Many people start collagen-stimulating treatments around 35-40 as prevention, and repositioning treatments are considered once drooping is visible.
Are there any contraindications?
Injectable treatments are not performed during pregnancy or breastfeeding, with active skin infections or some autoimmune conditions. Radiofrequency has limitations for people with pacemakers or other devices. We check all this at the consultation.
