Loose body skin
Abdomen, inner arms and thighs or buttocks: we stimulate collagen to gradually improve skin tone.
See loose body skinINDIBA radiofrequency for the body: a needle-free technology that helps improve skin firmness, the appearance of cellulite and the recovery of the abdomen after pregnancy.

INDIBA is a radiofrequency system that works at a frequency of 448 kHz. Its energy generates a response in the tissues which, depending on the intensity, produces a biostimulation effect, improves microcirculation or creates deep heat. In body aesthetics it is used to stimulate collagen production and improve skin tone and quality.
It works in two modes: capacitive, which acts mainly on the soft tissues and skin, and resistive, which reaches deeper structures such as fatty tissue. Combining them allows each session to be adapted to the goal: firming, improving the texture of cellulite or encouraging drainage.
It is a non-invasive technique: there are no needles, it leaves no marks and you can return to your routine as soon as you finish. It feels like pleasant warmth, similar to a hot massage.
It is worth having realistic expectations: new collagen takes weeks to form, so the improvement is gradual and is best appreciated at the end of the course rather than after a single session. Results last better when combined with exercise, good hydration and a stable weight, and in most cases maintenance sessions are recommended.
At Centro Ubud we use INDIBA as a treatment in its own right or as a complement to other body protocols, for example to look after the skin while we reduce localised fat. This page focuses on its body uses; INDIBA also has facial and physiotherapy applications, which we cover separately.
INDIBA improves skin quality, but it does not remove large amounts of excess skin or replace surgery in very advanced laxity.

Using a conductive medium, the head glides over the skin. You will feel deep, comfortable warmth during the application.
The effects on collagen are cumulative, so we work in courses of regular sessions and consider maintenance.
INDIBA is also used in physiotherapy for muscle and tendon injuries.
