These General Terms govern the booking of appointments and the contracting of treatments and services provided by Centro Ubud.
Requesting an appointment, making a booking or contracting any of our services implies acceptance of these terms.
For certain treatments, an advance payment will be required as a booking deposit.
The purpose of this deposit is to guarantee the availability of the healthcare professional, the time reserved exclusively for the patient, the organisation of the clinical schedule and, where applicable, any preparation needed before the treatment.
The amount paid as a deposit will be deducted in full from the final price of the contracted treatment.
Centro Ubud organises its schedule by reserving a specific slot for each patient and allocating the professional resources needed to provide the service.
If the patient needs to change or cancel their appointment, they must inform Centro Ubud at least 12 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
When the change is notified at least 12 hours in advance, the amount paid will not be refunded, but it may be kept as a deposit to move the appointment to another day or time, subject to the centre’s availability.
When the cancellation or change is notified less than 12 hours in advance, the following conditions will apply:
Amounts paid will not be refunded due to cancellation or a change of mind by the patient, without prejudice to any rights that are legally applicable and cannot be waived.
Centro Ubud may exceptionally consider duly justified cases of force majeure.
Failure to attend an appointment without prior notice will have the same effects as a cancellation made less than 12 hours in advance.
If the appointment is part of a package or programme, the session will be counted as completed.
If it is a single session, the amount paid as a booking deposit will be forfeited and a new booking will be required to arrange another appointment.
We recommend arriving at the centre at least 10 minutes early.
Late arrival may reduce the effective treatment time or, when it is not possible to carry out the treatment with the necessary guarantees, require it to be rescheduled.
All quotes are approximate and may be modified after the medical assessment when it is necessary to adapt the initially planned treatment to the patient’s needs.
Treatments must be paid in accordance with the financial conditions communicated by Centro Ubud.
Where financing is available, it will be subject to the conditions set by the corresponding financial institution.
Packages are personal and non-transferable.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, they will be valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Once this period has expired, any unused sessions will no longer be valid.
Amounts paid for treatments, packages, programmes, services or bookings are non-refundable in the event of cancellation, change of mind or personal circumstances of the patient, once contracted, except where a legally applicable right of return, withdrawal or refund exists that cannot be waived.
Where an appointment change is permitted under these General Terms, the amounts previously paid will be kept and applied to the new appointment, without this change implying a refund of the amount.
When a treatment has begun or has been provided in whole or in part, the amounts corresponding to the services actually provided are non-refundable, without prejudice to the patient’s rights under applicable law.
Amounts paid as booking deposits and sessions belonging to packages or programmes are also governed by the change, cancellation and non-attendance conditions set out above.
All treatments are subject to prior assessment by the healthcare professional.
Centro Ubud may refuse, postpone, suspend or modify any treatment when it considers that it is not suitable for the patient or may compromise their health or safety.
Aesthetic medicine and healthcare treatments cannot guarantee specific results.
The response to treatment depends on multiple individual factors, such as the patient’s biological characteristics, state of health, lifestyle habits and compliance with medical recommendations.
The images published by Centro Ubud show real results obtained in specific patients and do not constitute a guarantee of obtaining identical results.
The patient undertakes to provide truthful, complete and up-to-date information about their state of health, illnesses, allergies, medical treatments, regular medication and any circumstance that may be relevant to carrying out the treatment correctly.
Where required by applicable regulations, the patient must sign the corresponding informed consent form before the treatment is carried out.
Clinical photographs may be taken when necessary to assess the progress of the treatment.
These images will be processed in accordance with current data protection regulations.
Their use for teaching, scientific or advertising purposes will require the patient’s specific consent.
Treatments may only be carried out on minors when permitted by current legislation and with the authorisation of the father, mother or legal guardian.
Personal data will be processed in accordance with Centro Ubud’s Privacy Policy and current data protection regulations.
Centro Ubud has official complaint forms available to consumers and users in accordance with current legislation.
These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Spanish law.
Making a booking, contracting a treatment or paying any amount to Centro Ubud implies that the patient confirms having received sufficient information about these General Terms and accepts their content.
